Refusal -01:
“You have previously travelled to the United Kingdom, and your earlier visa application satisfied the Entry Clearance Officer that you met the requirements of the Immigration Rules. However, each case must be decided on its individual merits at the time of application and I am not satisfied that you meet the requirements of the Immigration Rules.”

Refusal -02:
“You intend to visit your family in the UK for 15 days. You have stated they will provide accommodation whilst you are in the United Kingdom. From the documentation you have submitted, I am satisfied that they are able to do so. However, whilst I have taken this into account in assessing your accommodation in the UK, this is only one aspect of the visitor rules. The onus is on you to qualify for entry clearance based on your own circumstances and intention.”

Refusal -03:
“You have applied for a visa along with your husband. I note that his visa application has been refused. I am not satisfied that his personal circumstances are such that he will leave the UK on completion of his proposed visit. You have indicated that you are financially dependent on him and have no income or savings of your own. Therefore, I am not satisfied of your intention in wishing to travel to the United Kingdom now either.”

Refusal -04:
You have applied for a family visit to your brother and his family in the UK.  As an evidence, you have provided your statement of purpose on your business letterhead, your personal and business bank statement from HBL Bank Account # ****4327 and your Income Tax returns for the year 2017, 2018 and 2019. You state on your VAF that your monthly income is PKR 250,000 (£1,525).  However I am not satisfied that your income is reflected in your bank statements.”

Refusal -05:
“Given the above, and the fact that you have declared yourself to be single, with no one dependent upon you, I consider that you have little in the way of ties to Pakistan to give you an incentive to leave the United Kingdom.”

Refusal -06:
“You state that you sponsor will maintain and accommodate you during your visit. However, the documents you have submitted in support of your application do not demonstrate this. Therefore, I am not satisfied that your sponsor will maintain and accommodate you or has the means and ability to do so.”

Refusal -07:
I have considered the evidence and information submitted in your application; and on the balance of probabilities I am not satisfied that you have accurately presented your circumstances or intentions in wishing to enter the United Kingdom. This undermines the credibility of your application to the extent that I am not satisfied that you are genuinely seeking entry as a visitor or intend to leave the UK at the end of your visit. Paragraphs V4.2 (a)(c) of the Immigration Rules.”

Refusal -08:
I note from the information / documents provided, you have not shown that you have, on the balance of probabilities, sufficiently strong family, social or economic ties to satisfy me that you intend to leave the United Kingdom on completion of your visit. This further undermines the credibility of your application,”

Refusal -09:
I recognize the importance of family visits and have carefully considered your application. However the onus is on you to qualify for entry clearance based on your own circumstances and your own intentions.”

Refusal -10:
While I note you have submitted a personal bank statement, I am unable to verify your claimed income from the personal bank statement provided as it shows deposits in excess of this income. You have not provided evidence to show the origin of these funds, therefore I am not satisfied this bank statement is an accurate reflection of your personal and financial circumstances. Taking all of the above into consideration, and given my assessment of your application on the whole, I am not satisfied that your circumstances are as you have indicated. Paragraph V4.2 (a) (c) of Appendix V to the Immigration Rules.”

Refusal -11:
“You have declared that the proposed personal cost of your visit to the UK will be £1,500 which is approximately 7.9 times your monthly income. Taking this into consideration, I am therefore not satisfied that the expenditure on your holiday is reasonable.”

Refusal -12:
In order to assess your intentions I must consider your circumstances in Pakistan based on the information you have provided with your application. All applicants are advised to provide full evidence of their circumstances. We expect applicants to provide this information as it assists us in making an informed assessment as to whether they intend to comply with the terms of visitor entry clearance.”
